Detachment

Detachment is a way to use your thinking and feeling together, so that you know that your steadfast faith in Christ and the Holy Spirit, controls the outcomes in your life.

It is letting go the dominion of your mortal, carnal and worldly mindset [the false self].

It is maintaining Christ-centered faith, thoughts and feelings and not allowing your false self to control you.

It is choosing Christ-centered, Spirit-based reactions in every situation rather than just reacting.

With detachment, you free yourself to do what you really want and choose to do.

Affirmation:

I am aware of the importance of my thought and feelings.

I therefore choose my thought and actions with Christ-centered detachment from the mind of the flesh.

I choose to do what I believe is right for me and all concerned.

Through the presence and supernatural power of Christ and the Holy Spirit in my spiritual core, I choose to express my true Self, no matter what happens.
