Team Learning
Definition:
- The practice
of team members creating dialogue and enter into genuine ‘think
together’.
Initial Focus:
- Begin by
picturing a Christ-centered spiritual learning center/
church which encourages open dialogue, nurturing and spiritual
growth.
- Looking
inward and unearthing personal visions in a safe, non-judgmental
environment.
- Finding and
establishing the common identities which exist among a
diversified group of people.
- Moving from ‘their’ organization
consciousness to ‘our’ organization consciousness.
What does this process involve?
- Remembering
personal mastery is the bedrock for developing shared vision.
- Encouraging
the sharing of personal visions, which together build shared
vision.
- Remembering
that people’s personal visions usually include dimensions
that involve families, organizations, community and the world
(planet).
- Being careful
not to infringe on individual freedom.
