Advent, Christmas, Epiphany
December 2nd, 2007 - February 7th, 2008
The Advent, Christmas, and Epiphany mark the beginning of the
Christian church year. Advent the symbolizes the believers repentance and detachment
from the mind of the flesh. Christmas re-present humankind turning to Christ and putting on the mind of Christ. Epiphany reminds us that God has
promised to progressively reveal the correct re-alignment of human souls, hearts, minds and affairs for mankind to rule on earth
through the incarnation of Christ in the spiritual core of humankind.
God sent Jesus Christ to teach and model the inner mental de-programming,
re-programming and regeneration we need to know and experience
Christ's kingship in our lives as Jesus knew it [Matthew 16:21-28;
Mark 8:31-9:1; Luke 9:22-27]. This is achieved by progressively and steadfastly removing from our minds all doubt, unbelief and rejection of Christ and seek and embracing the incarnation of Christ through our spiritual cores. The mind of the flesh is responsible
for mankind's self centeredness, separation from God and injustice to each other.
In the Bible, Jesus described the mindsets which opposes the
mind of Christ and the Truth of God’s kingship as the Devil, Satan,
demons and evil [John 8:42-47]. Consciously and unknowingly,
we continue to give these adversaries and antichrists power and
dominion in our lives. We neglect, stifle and block the birth,
revelation and reign of God through the indwelling Christ of God in
through our spiritual core. These adversaries cause us to overlook and neglect
the spiritual dimension of our lives. They entice us to
focus our souls, hearts and minds primarily on the things of
men rather than the things of God [Matthew 16:21-23].
In order to follow the Way that Jesus recommends, we must repent
and detach from the dominion of the mind of the flesh. Through
faith in the invisible indwelling Christ and following Jesus
Christ in the inner process of emptying ourselves
[Philippians 2:8], we facilitate the death of the mind of
the flesh and co-create the birthing of the mind of Christ [Romans
8:1-11]. This inner working of God's divine plan of deliverance, healing and salvation, progressively
removes the blocks in our mindsets which blind our souls, hearts
and mind from discerning, birthing, formation and consummation
of the sovereign reign of the indwelling and incarnate Christ of God
within us and in our midst.
This cleansing process enables us to stop, reflect, and look
within our souls, minds and hearts, and listen to the still small voice of our intuition [Revelations 3:20].
Our consciousness when decontaminated and purified by the word
of Truth, becomes a clean temple of the living God. We become
receptive to the indwelling, in filling and outpouring of the
Light, Love, Breath and Life of the Almighty, through the transforming
presence of Christ and power of the Holy Spirit within the spiritual
core of every person [John 1:9].
This annual period of fasting from error [sin], and denying
the dominion of mind of the flesh [lower nature], enables us
to more effectively remove the mental barriers which block the
path of true blessing, creative realization and manifestation
of the kingdom of God in our midst and within us.
Through prayer, reflection, meditation, praise, thanksgiving
and Bible study, we share together in the inner processes of
repentance, forgiveness and birthing of the indwelling Christ. By
abiding in Christ consciousness and imitating Jesus of Nazareth
our lives become the 'lights of the world' that God originally
designed us to be [Matthew 5:14].
